Red Oolong Tea (rare and unique)
Red Oolong from Taihoku Tea Company is a small farm, single batch blend using unique oxidation and roasting methods to create a bespoke Taiwanese tea. This is a fantastic morning tea. While drinking you can almost feel the rays of sunshine beaming through the high mountain clouds.
The artwork on this tea's packaging features a Formosan Black Bear ( Ursus thibetanus formosanus), a species of bear that is native to Taiwan.
Brewing Instructions
Step 1: Add enough tea leaves to cover the bottom of your tea pot.
Step 2: Pour in your hot water directly off the boil.
Step 3: Steep your tea for 1-5 mins depending on your preferred strength.
