Ruby Red from Taihoku Tea Company is a unique and complex single origin black tea with a subtle aroma of mint.
This single origin black tea has been picked from a select farm in Taiwan's mountains, and roasted by Taihoku's master roaster.
Enjoy this tea alone, with milk, or throw a slice of lemon into it. It is a very versatile tea and responds well to your preferred steeping times.
The artwork on this tea's packaging features a Formosan Sambar Deer (Rusi unicolor swinhoei), a species of deer that is native to Taiwan.
Brewing Instructions
Step 1: Add enough tea leaves to cover the bottom of your tea pot.
Step 2: Pour in your hot water directly off the boil.
Step 3: Steep your tea for 1-5 mins depending on your preferred strength.
